Tiezheng MC1100 High-Speed Gantry Machining Center

Still choosing a model? Describe your part or operation. A model or drawing is not required for first contact.

The Tiezheng MC1100 is an MC Series high-speed gantry machining center with 1100 × 1100 × 450 mm X/Y/Z travel and a 1100 × 850 mm table. Compare its gantry clearance, spindle-to-table distance and installation dimensions against your workpiece, fixture and tooling, then send a drawing for a configuration-specific quotation.

Review MC1100 for your part

For large-plate and large-part milling, compare this model’s published table dimensions, travels and load limits separately. Check the part-and-fixture size, load distribution, tool reach and spindle configuration; travels alone do not guarantee usable machining space. Our team can review the setup for the actual part.

What working envelope does the MC1100 provide?

The table measures 1100 × 850 mm. X/Y/Z travel is 1100 / 1100 / 450 mm, with 1020 mm gantry width and 120-570 mm spindle nose to table distance. Axis travel describes machine movement; your usable setup also depends on fixture height, tool length and machining access.

How does the MC1100 compare with the other MC models?

MC1100 has 1100 mm X travel and a 1100 × 850 mm table. MC1300 increases X travel and table length to 1300 mm, while retaining 1100 mm Y travel and 450 mm Z travel. MC1600 and MC2000 provide 1700 mm Y travel and 800 mm Z travel, so their setup envelopes and installation dimensions should be reviewed separately.

What should I check before ordering?

Compare the machine dimensions with your installation route, floor space and available utilities. Provide the workpiece drawing, material, fixture layout, machining operations and production requirement so Tiezheng can review the proposed setup. The spindle speed and motor power are listed as alternatives; confirm the selected spindle interface, tool magazine and other configuration choices in the quotation.

Questions about the MC1100

What are its X, Y and Z travels?

The MC1100 provides 1100 mm X travel, 1100 mm Y travel and 450 mm Z travel.

What is the table size?

The MC1100 table measures 1100 × 850 mm.

What spindle specifications are listed?

The technical sheet lists 18000/15000 rpm spindle speed and 22/27 kW spindle motor power. These are listed alternatives, not a selected configuration. Confirm the final spindle specification for your tooling and process.

Does axis travel equal the maximum workpiece size?

No. Fixture dimensions, tool reach, clearances and the machining approach also determine whether a workpiece can be processed. Send a setup drawing for review.

What information helps obtain a quotation?

Include the drawing, material, required operations, fixture plan, production quantity and delivery location. Name MC1100 in the enquiry so the team can review that exact model.
