This notice applies to cnctiezheng.com, operated by Hubei Tiezheng Group. Tiezheng uses the information you submit through its RFQ and contact forms to review your requirements and respond to your inquiry. Optional analytics is off by default. On pages where optional measurement is available, you can choose whether to allow Google Analytics. Meta Pixel is not currently enabled.

What information do we collect?

When you contact us, we may receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, company, business email, telephone number, destination market, machine interest, workpiece requirements and message. Our hosting and security systems may also process routine technical logs needed to operate and protect the website.

How do we use inquiry information?

We use inquiry information to review machining requirements, prepare a response or quotation, communicate about the requested equipment and maintain appropriate business records. RFQ details, inquiry messages and drawings shared later through an agreed channel are not used for Meta Pixel advanced matching. This website’s inquiry form does not have a file-upload field. Arrange any confidential file exchange with your representative after initial contact.

What cookie confirms a saved inquiry?

After a successfully saved form submission, a short-lived, first-party cookie lets your browser display a one-time confirmation. It contains a random code, not your contact details, and expires within five minutes. It supports the form-confirmation step. Blocking it does not prevent inquiry submission, but may prevent the saved confirmation from appearing.

Is Google Analytics enabled?

Google Analytics can load after you choose to allow analytics on a page where optional measurement is available. It supports website-use, performance and inquiry-step measurement. You do not need to allow analytics to browse machine information or contact us.

Is Meta Pixel enabled?

Meta Pixel is currently disabled on this website. The website does not load its Meta Pixel script or send events through that integration.

How can you manage optional measurement?

Where the Cookie settings control is available, use it to review your choice, decline optional analytics or withdraw a previous choice. If you cannot find this control or need help with your choice, contact us at sales@cnctiezheng.com.

Who may process information for us?

We use service providers for website hosting, security and email delivery. These providers may process information in countries other than yours under their own safeguards and contractual responsibilities.
