What is this machine used for?
The TPC130 is a center-drive CNC lathe with a listed spindle bore of Ø120 mm, a maximum machining diameter of Ø120 mm, and machining lengths from 660 mm to 3500 mm. X/Z travel is 350 mm/4000 mm. Review the clamping length, end features, supports and tool approach together, then confirm the selected head and tooling arrangement for the proposed operation sequence.
Choose the configuration around your part
For center-drive turning, define the surfaces that establish the datum and how each end will be reached. Compare the required bore and machining length first; review steady support, clamping force and chip evacuation with the actual part. A double-head layout requires its own operation and interference review.
Questions before ordering TPC130
Which workpiece dimensions should I check first?
Start with the spindle bore Ø120 mm, machining diameter Ø120 mm and length range 660 mm–3500 mm. Total part length, clamped length and end access are different requirements. Submit the drawing and support concept before selecting a setup.
How should I interpret the spindle and tooling data?
The maximum spindle speed is 1500 rpm and the listed spindle motor power is 7.5 kW. The tooling alternatives require selection for the proposed process. Confirm tool stations, boring clearance, end access and the spindle duty rating in the quotation.
What is included, and what needs configuration confirmation?
Rows marked optional describe available configurations. Other listed values do not by themselves establish the complete standard supply. Confirm the control, workholding, spindle duty, tooling, chip handling and acceptance scope in the quotation.
Can the listed accuracy establish my finished-part result?
Listed positioning, repeatability and surface-finish figures are machine specifications under their stated conditions. Finished-part results also depend on material, tool, workholding, thermal state and measurement method. Provide the drawing and required inspection standard for process and acceptance review.
What should I send for an actionable quotation?
Send a dimensioned part drawing, material, critical tolerances, batch size, current process, proposed workholding, required controls and delivery destination. Identify any installation constraints and selected configuration so the team can review the same production requirement with you.
Specifications follow Tiezheng technical documentation reviewed on 15 October 2026. Confirm the supplied configuration and acceptance conditions in the final quotation.
