What is this machine used for?
JA30 is a four-axis horizontal CNC machining center with 600×300×300 mm X/Y/Z travel and an A-axis rotary-table plate measuring 600×300 mm. Use these specifications to compare milling, drilling and tapping requirements. The supplied spindle configuration, fixtures, tool access, material and any automation need engineering confirmation before ordering.

What should be confirmed for the supplied configuration?
The rotary-table plate size, horizontal/vertical load limits and A-axis swing range describe the A-axis configuration. The X/Y/Z travel, spindle, tool magazine and installation figures describe the machine base. Confirm the complete supplied configuration, including the spindle interface and matching tool holders.
Keep the horizontal and vertical load limits separate when reviewing the fixture and part. Axis travel and rotary-table dimensions do not establish the finished-part envelope. Check tool reach, clamping, collision clearances, service access and the complete installation drawing.
Material grade, cutting conditions, required operations and any loading or automation equipment require engineering review. Four axes alone do not establish a particular simultaneous-machining capability. The listed positioning accuracy is a machine-axis specification, not a finished-part tolerance or cycle-time guarantee.
You can contact Tiezheng without a selected model or drawing. Describe the part and operation first; add dimensions, material and quantity if known. Agree a channel for confidential drawings later. Confirm configuration, acceptance, installation, training and after-sales responsibilities directly. Formal configuration and quotation are confirmed by the contact person.
Questions before choosing this four-axis machine
Which rotary-axis configuration does JA30 use?
The listed JA configuration has X/Y/Z travel and an A-axis rotary table. Confirm indexed or simultaneous operation, the programmed task and the supplied control configuration with engineering before choosing the machine.
Does axis travel determine the maximum finished-part size?
No. Review the entire part and fixture against table dimensions, horizontal/vertical loads, tool reach, clamping and collision clearances. Engineering must confirm the usable machining envelope.
Are both listed spindle interfaces included?
Confirm the supplied interface, its matching tool holders and the complete spindle package. The listed interface designations do not establish that both are included in one delivery.
Does positioning accuracy guarantee the same finished-part tolerance?
No. Axis positioning accuracy, repeatability and finished-part tolerance are different quantities. Confirm the part, fixture, tools, process, inspection and acceptance conditions; a table value alone does not establish the result on a part.
Can I contact Tiezheng before choosing a model or preparing a drawing?
Yes. Describe the part and milling, drilling or tapping task in your own words. Add material, dimensions, quantity and the intended loading method if known. Drawings can follow through an agreed channel; material suitability and automation require engineering confirmation.
