What is this machine used for?
SVC8512 is a moving-column CNC machining center with 8500×1200 mm X/Y travel. The listed specifications cover selected machine, spindle and feed data. Confirm Z travel, vertical working distance and the supplied configuration with Tiezheng. Share the part drawing, material, fixture and required operations for an engineering review before selecting a machine.

What configuration and application checks are needed?
BT50-150 is listed for the standard A spindle specification. X-axis rapid traverse and cutting feed refer to the standard rack-and-pinion drive. Confirm the actual supplied spindle, drive, tooling and accessories before ordering.
The approximate mass refers to configuration A, and machine length includes the chip conveyor. Confirm the complete installation drawing, lifting arrangements and service clearances. The T-slot expression does not replace the fixture mounting drawing.
Axis travel and table load do not establish the usable finished-part envelope. Material, workholding, tool access, cutting conditions and loading or automation require engineering confirmation. The minimum feed increment of 0.001 mm is not a positioning accuracy or finished-part tolerance guarantee.
Questions before choosing this moving-column machine
Do X/Y travel values determine the largest finished part?
No. Check the part and fixture, tool reach, supports, mounting and collision clearances. The usable machining envelope needs an engineering review, including the Z direction.
Which Z travel and vertical working distance will be supplied?
Confirm both with Tiezheng for the proposed configuration. No numerical Z travel or spindle-nose-to-table distance is stated here, and values from another model must not be assumed.
Does a minimum feed increment of 0.001 mm guarantee that part tolerance?
No. Feed increment, positioning accuracy, repeatability and finished-part tolerance are different measures. Agree the part, fixture, tools, process and acceptance conditions separately.
Which materials and automation can be used?
Provide the exact material grade, part details, quantity and loading requirements. Material suitability, cutting tools, workholding and any loading or automation integration need engineering confirmation.
Can I contact Tiezheng before choosing a model or preparing a drawing?
Yes. Describe the part and the milling or drilling task first. Add dimensions, material and quantity if known. A drawing and a selected model are optional for the first contact; confidential drawings can follow through an agreed channel.
