What is this machine used for?
The TC100B2200L is a horizontal CNC lathe for shaft, sleeve and disc-turning projects. Its documented maximum turning diameter for disc-type workpieces is 950 mm and maximum workpiece length with a chuck is 2000 mm. Check these limits separately from the X/Z-axis travels of 550/2200 mm. Material, workholding, tool access and automated loading require engineering confirmation.

Check the configuration against your part
For a shaft or sleeve, review chuck engagement, supported length and the full operation sequence. For a disc or flange-shaped component, review the documented 950 mm turning diameter together with swing diameter, jaw projection and tool access. These are evaluation routes, not an approval of the complete setup.
Configuration and acceptance
The listed values describe documented specifications; they do not establish the complete standard supply. Confirm the CNC, tooling, workholding, spindle duty and acceptance conditions in the quotation. Optional items require explicit selection.
Axis travel is not guaranteed workpiece clearance. Machine positioning and repeatability figures do not guarantee finished-part tolerances. Review the drawing, material, fixture and inspection method together.
Before choosing this machine
How should I compare a shaft and a disc-shaped part?
For a shaft, check the chuck engagement, supported length and operation sequence. For a disc-shaped part, check swing diameter, turning diameter and tool approach. Ask for a drawing review before selecting the setup.
Does this page confirm a material or automated loading system?
No material or loading-system compatibility is confirmed here. Tell us the material, part form and loading requirement so the team can review the proposed configuration.
What should I send with an inquiry?
Send the drawing or part dimensions, material and operations required. Add the quantity, critical tolerances and loading preference if known. Your selected model should remain attached to the inquiry.
Do the specifications define the complete standard supply?
No. A listed specification does not establish the complete standard supply. Confirm the selected CNC, spindle duty, toolholding, workholding and any optional items in the final quotation.
